Returns/Refund Policy

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

I want you to be happy with your purchase. For non-digital content, you may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES

As digital content can be easily stored, saved, and distributed (while expressly prohibited by the terms of service), returns and exchanges are not offered. However, in the event that you are unable to download content which you purchased, store credit will be issued on a case by case basis.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Items marked “Final Sale” on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.


REQUEST A RETURN

To return an item, contact me directly and we’ll start the process. Please make sure your item is within our 30 Day Return Policy period.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back for your returned product may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
